General Contractor that has been in business for 40+ years and are running around $200M - $250M volume annually. Good solid foundation, leadership, and excellent reputation. Current project types include - Airport/Aviation, Healthcare, Parking Decks, Municipal, Ground up Retail, Schools, etc. Multi-State Contractor with a strong pipeline of work.

About the Position:

Senior Project Manager - Full responsibility for projects assigned - from subcontractor award, construction, through closeout. Administrative and technical guidance to the team to ensure the projects are completed within budget and on time. Relocation assistance is provided.

Requirements:

BS in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory

10+ years of construction management experience

Technical/Software skills - Microsoft products

Communication Skills

Position is based in Mobile, AL.
