Project Engineer Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Project Engineer to lead and support the installation of new equipment and facilities at a high-growth manufacturing site. This role plays a critical part in expanding operational capabilities and supporting upcoming production initiatives. This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon. Project Engineer Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of capital projects involving new machinery and building infrastructure. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, process engineering, and data analysts to align project goals. Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall production schedules. Manage vendor relationships, bids, contracts, and equipment procurement processes. Oversee installation and commissioning of production lines and supporting systems. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Support site readiness for a new production line pending launch next year. Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Project Engineer Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment, with hands-on project engineering experience. Proven track record managing capital projects related to equipment installation or facility expansion. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial automation, or plant utilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with construction coordination, safety standards, and vendor management is a plus. Salary: $110K-$150K/year.
