Nexeo HR is hiring an experienced and dependable Industrial Spray Painter to join an innovative, fast-growing team in North Las Vegas! In this role, you'll work in a professional paint booth environment, applying precise spray finishes to steel beams and structural components used in major construction and industrial projects.

We're looking for individuals with a solid background in industrial or automotive painting who take pride in craftsmanship, follow safety protocols rigorously, and are ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

Apply high-quality spray finishes to steel beams and similar materials in a controlled booth setting

Prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and uniform paint application

Conduct routine equipment checks, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure top performance

Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety and PPE protocols

Apply spray paint to steel beams and similar materials within a controlled booth environment.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in industrial spray painting or auto body painting

Strong mechanical skills and the ability to operate and maintain HVLP spray equipment

Independent, reliable, and committed to high-performance standards

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Comfortable working with respirators and safety gear in a production environment

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday
