Nexeo HR is hiring Field Ironworkers / Steel Erectors to join a skilled team in Cedar City! This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, solid ironworking or fabrication experience, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Assemble and install steel structures including beams, joists, girders, and decking

Operate lifts, ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts safely

Use hand and power tools including grinders, torches, welders, and tape measures

Assist with lifting, positioning, and bolting steel components

Track project details using tablets and computers

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

1+ year of ironworking or structural steel experience preferred

Able to certify in SMAW 3G & 4G welding

Knowledge of AWS D1.1 welding standards

Strong ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

Experience with power tools and fabrication equipment

Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets)

Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions

Must have proper PPE including hard hat, vest, gloves, boots, and harness

Pay

$17.00 - $24.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
