+ Develop specifications for projects

+ Develop design concept with PM to allow PM toimprove on initial estimating. General or overall concepts for systems andbuilding infrastructure. Attain individual building knowledge to assist.

+ Oversee and perform technical review ofconstruction documents from inside and outside design sources.

+ Focus on Electrical- Equipment selection, power loadcalculations

+ Review, train personnel and update documentsannually with updated code, standards and ordinance updates from applicablesources

+ Provide information for use in Life CycleManagement analysis performed by the Manager.

+ Assessequipment and develop a plan to improve the LCM towards moreefficient/sustainable approaches to equipment life and energy usage

+ Work withSustainability team to select equipment approach for a building or campus andperform projected return on investment for presentation

+ Develop USstandard site specification with site specific appendices. Work with Plant Managersand their team to understand and document their site equipment and processes

+ Collaborateacross multiple functions to drive alignment to current and future projectplans, & designs to ensure priorities and results are achieved.

+ Drive continuous improvements both at the sitelevel and in coordination with other sites at the ES level.

+ Report to Manager on current projects viaupdated status monthly and quarterly

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities asdirected by Manager.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in electrical engineering.

+ 15 years of construction design experience, Demonstrated partnership and collaboration skills across the business.

+ Experience communicating with peers.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Power Point

+ Working knowledge of building infrastructure and support systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems.

+ Demonstrated partnership and collaboration skills across the business.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Experience in execution of large-scale, multi-year capital projects

+ Demonstrated success developing direct reports through effective leadership and the setting of realistic but challenging goals

+ Experience with construction and renovation projects within the aerospace and defense industry requiring adherence to specific ICDs and DoD construction standards

+ Proficiency with construction design software solutions such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
