**What Youll Do**

+ Lead and mentor a team of skilled mechanics in a well-equipped indoor shop.

+ Oversee diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment.

+ Perform hands-on troubleshooting of diesel engines and hydraulic systems.

+ Ensure preventive maintenance is completed to minimize downtime.

+ Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

**What Were Looking For**

+ Proven experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment.

+ Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.

+ Solid understanding of hydraulics and preventive maintenance.

+ Leadership experience or the ability to guide and support a team.

+ General engine knowledge (automotive or diesel) is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
