About Coeur d'Alene Resort:
As a premier destination, our resort relies on a skilled engineering team to maintain an exceptional environment for our guests. We are looking for a knowledgeable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
The Role:
As an HVAC Technician, you will ensure all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems throughout the resort
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues promptly and accurately
+ Follow safety standards and regulatory requirements
+ Maintain detailed service records and reports
+ Collaborate with the engineering team to schedule preventive maintenance
+ Respond to urgent HVAC issues in a timely manner
What We're Looking For:
+ Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
+ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components
+ Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
+ Valid HVAC certifications and relevant licenses preferred
+ Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
