Responsibilities:
Following blueprints and building plans:
Carpenters use their understanding of plans to understand the project scope and ensure accurate construction.
Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials:
This involves using hand and power tools to precisely prepare wood and other materials for assembly.
Constructing and installing structures:
Carpenters build frameworks, install fixtures like doors and windows, and create other building components.
Repairing and maintaining structures:
This includes replacing damaged or worn-out parts, ensuring the longevity of structures.
Working with various materials:
While wood is their primary material, carpenters may also work with plastics, laminates, and other materials.
Using hand and power tools:
Carpenters are proficient in using a wide range of tools, including saws, drills, chisels, and sanders.
Ensuring safety:
Maintaining a safe work environment is crucial, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
Communicating effectively:
Carpenters need to communicate with clients, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
