Common Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartment units

• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues

• Assist or lead daily maintenance operations

• Maintain detailed service records and logs

• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards

What Were Looking For:

• HVAC certification (required)

• EPA and CPO certifications (preferred)

• Experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance

• Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education Requirements:
