Immediate need for lead electrical technician experienced to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled electrician who can troubleshoot, provide estimates, upsell services, and take on a leadership position as we grow.
Lead Electrical Technician Position Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
Provide accurate estimates and identify opportunities for additional services.
Play a key leadership role in training and mentoring as the company expands.
Ensure all work meets safety and code compliance standards.
Utilize company-provided technology for job documentation and communication.
Lead Electrical Technician Position Requirements:
Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred)
2+ years of experience in the electrical industry
Current driver's license WITHOUT infractions (DUI, DWI, etc)
Comfortable using apps and computer-based systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
