Experienced Carpenter/Handyman Wanted for Immediate Hire!
Are you a skilled and versatile Carpenter/Handyman with a strong background in home repair and a knack for clear communication? We're a Manhattan-based renovation company seeking a talented individual to join our team.

This role offers a diverse range of projects, from troubleshooting home repairs and handling our 7-year warranty service to assisting with renovation jobsite work and tasks at our office. We're looking for an all-around professional with expertise in:

Carpentry
Tiling
Sheetrocking
Painting
General Handyman tasks (e.g., caulking, re-grouting, light fixture replacement, door/drawer repairs)
You'll also need basic electrical and plumbing experience.

What We're Looking For:

At least 10 years of carpentry/handyman experience.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Reliability and flexibility in your work schedule (15-40 hours per week).
Your own tools are a must.
A car is preferred, but not required if you can transport your tools and materials via public transportation.

Compensation:
$40 for the initial hour of work.
$25 per hour thereafter.
Public transportation expenses reimbursed.
