Machine Builder (Automation)

Our client is seeking a Machine Builder with automation experience to join their team. As a Machine Builder, you will be responsible for assembling all aspects of an automated machine or multi-systems from drawings and/or verbal instructions - including electrical wiring for robotic machines. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Builder
Location: Shelby Township, MI
Pay Rate: Pay is between $22-30/hour w2 (Will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, blueprints to determine proper sequence
• Test parts and perform fit and function tests
• Work with the team as well as project managers, customers, designers, leads and programmers to solve technical problems in order to provide the customer with a complete and functional system

• Experience in an automation/manufacturing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings and practices, electrical diagrams, schematics and practices, pneumatics
