Paving Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Superintendent to oversee asphalt paving projects, including roads, streets, parking lots, and highways. The ideal candidate will lead crews, ensure project timelines and quality standards are met, and maintain a safe work environment.

• Supervise and coordinate asphalt paving crews on-site.

• Plan and manage daily project schedules and workflows.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Monitor equipment usage, material delivery, and crew performance.

• Collaborate with project managers to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Troubleshoot issues and adjust plans as needed to maintain progress.

• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising crews on asphalt paving projects (roads, streets, parking lots, highways).

• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment.

• Proven leadership and crew management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
