A reputable, fast-growing commercial contractor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the $5M–$25M+ range. This role is perfect for someone with deep construction experience who can lead teams and drive projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple project teams, including Project Engineers and Assistant PMs

• Lead preconstruction efforts in collaboration with estimating teams

• Own the full lifecycle of the project: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution

• Maintain close coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subs

• Ensure high standards for quality, documentation, safety, and close-out

• Mentor junior staff and help shape project delivery best practices

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial project management

• Proven record of managing large, complex commercial builds

• Familiarity with Procore or other project management platforms

• Strong financial, contractual, and communication skills

• Leadership presence with the ability to drive team performance
