Auto/Diesel Mechanic

We are currently seeking a Yard Mechanic to be a part of our team. We are a family owned selective demolition company servicing South Florida since 1985 specializing in interior and concrete demolition. The yard mechanic is responsible for maintaining fleet vehicles and equipment used on jobs. Experience in similar atmospheres is highly preferred.

Advanced knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic systems related to Heavy Equipment and Trucks (gas & Diesel). May include welding and fabrication.

Pay will depend on experience and can be discussed in interview.

Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience as a mechanic required. Experience with diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment strongly preferred.
Welding and fabrication experience a plus but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Must have valid drivers license
Will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening
