Concrete Craftsman

We are seeking skilled Concrete Finishers, Form Carpenters, and laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with concrete and a strong understanding of construction practices. As part of our concrete team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality and durability of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up concrete forms according to specifications.
Operate concrete mixers and other power tools to mix and pour concrete.
Level and smooth freshly poured concrete using various finishing tools.
Conduct heavy lifting and and manual labor as required during the finishing process.
Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
Assist in frame carpentry and concrete forming activities when necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements:
Safely drive work truck to the job site and back to the yard.
Proven experience as a concrete finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
Proficient in operating concrete mixers, power tools, and other relevant equipment.
Knowledge of hardscape techniques and installation processes is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high quality work.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on construction projects.
