About the role

As a Genesys Lead Architect, you will make an impact by Genesys Contact Center solutions. You will be a valued member of the Moment Contact Center team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Gather and define requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and tech teams.
• Perform in-depth analysis of business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Pleasanton, CA. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
