Contract Analyst

• Full-time, 35-40 hours per week
• Weekends needed 2-3 times per year for annual inventory
• Must have exceptional customer service
• Previous experience in materials management strongly preferred

The Analyst reviews contracts to ensure compliance and reduce overlap in business plans relating to cost, revenue, existing equipment, maintenance agreements, service, and supply contracts. Follows Commitment to excellence standards in customer service and communication with both internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and keen business acumen that includes strategic thinking.
• Ability to lead and guide others
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proficient with Work, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have strength and stamina for prolonged walking, standing, and dealing with stressful situations.
• Able to hear, or correctable with hearing devices and able to talk to others in person and over the phone.
• Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
