We are seeking a Senior-level architect (8+ years of experience) to join our Denver studio. They drive the design process, contribute technical and conceptual insight, mentor junior staff, and help foster a culture of continuous learning.
What You’ll DoLead project strategy and design from concept through delivery
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams , schedules, budgets, and sub-consultants with minimal oversight.
Actively contribute to business development , pursuit strategy, and cultivating strong client relationships.
Serve as a mentor —cultivating the growth of team members through hands-on work, coaching, listening, and feedback.
Present and communicate with clarity to clients, stakeholders, and communities.
Inspire teams through design leadership, team-building, and a commitment to excellence.
Professional degree in Architecture
Minimum 8 years of experience in a design firm environment.
Licensure or accreditation required (exceptions considered in special cases).
Proven experience leading design thinking and delivery on projects.
Proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Deep understanding of detailing, drawing sets, and material systems.
Exceptional communication and team leadership skills.
Strong client presence and ability to lead conversations around strategy, scope, and design direction.
