- Coordinate client needs and project requirements.
- Oversee design, bidding, permitting, and construction administration.
- Monitor projects during construction without managing the construction process.
- Maintain high standards of work quality, service level, and profitability.
- Foster strong client relationships.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
- 8-15+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design review and shop drawing review.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of project phases, scheduling, budgeting, and construction processes.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong coordination and scheduling skills.
- Experience with commercial construction and project coordination.
