Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the Montgomery County office. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture, construction management, or engineering and will be responsible for managing small, fast-paced medical clinic projects through the entire design and construction life cycle. This role involves coordinating client needs, overseeing design, bidding, permitting, and construction administration for multiple projects nationwide, while striving for excellence in work quality, service level, and profitability, all while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client needs and project requirements.
  • Oversee design, bidding, permitting, and construction administration.
  • Monitor projects during construction without managing the construction process.
  • Maintain high standards of work quality, service level, and profitability.
  • Foster strong client relationships.
Essential Skills
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
  • 8-15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in design review and shop drawing review.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of project phases, scheduling, budgeting, and construction processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong coordination and scheduling skills.
  • Experience with commercial construction and project coordination.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
