Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will assist with the planning, organization, and management of the day-to-day operations. They will participate in pre/post project design meetings and attend customer/site coordination meetings as applicable. They will provide support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre/post project design meetings and attend customer/site coordination meetings as applicable.
  • Provide support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor construction schedules.
  • Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
  • Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives.
  • Update trackers daily on-site progress utilizing systems in place (database).
  • Breakdown project estimate to baseline earned averages versus the bid.
  • Manage resources and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
