Job Title: Electrical Drafter
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Drafter / Designer to join our team. This role is essential in designing and developing electrical systems for modular panels, ensuring efficiency, safety, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and expertise in one-line diagrams and new product development.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for modular panels.
- Create and analyze one-line diagrams to ensure proper electrical distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical components.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
- Maintain documentation of electrical designs and revisions.
Essential Skills
- Strong proficiency in electrical system design.
- Experience with panel systems.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in product development and innovation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other electrical design software.
Work Environment
The position is based in an office in Lavergne, working with a small team. The work environment is flexible on hours with hybrid options available. The team is rapidly growing with multiple product lines and divisions to expand into within engineering.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
