Job Description Support the life cycle of new product development from concept, through design and development, testing, and product support. Test hardware performance with embedded software/firmware, utilizing JTAG interface, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, or similar equipment. Ensure successful transfer of new designs to Production. Develop and execute test plans to validate that designs comply with product specifications. Conduct validation, verification, and qualification testing to verify designs are implemented with accurate consideration for power quality and performance, systems interfaces, physical environment, etc. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations. Responsibilities
- Support the life cycle of new product development from concept to product support.

- Ensure successful transfer of new designs to production.

- Electrical engineering expertise
- Knowledge of power systems, AC/DC, high voltage
- Proficiency with test equipment
- Design and development skills
- Experience with generators, batteries, and electrical wiring
- Power engine knowledge
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
- Five to ten years of experience in electrical/electronic engineering product design and development
- Power generation equipment design and development experience
- Experience with power systems such as generators, batteries, inverters, EWIS
- Power conversion experience - AC/DC (High voltage), aircraft power systems
- Experience working with aircraft support equipment (testing and development)
- Over ten years of electrical power-engine experience
