Northline Roofing LLC, a well-established local roofing company, is seeking entry-level and intermediate Roofing Sales Specialists to join our growing team.

As a Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of our businessconnecting with homeowners and contractors, identifying needs, and offering high-quality roofing solutions. Whether you're new to sales or have some experience under your belt, we provide training and support to help you succeed.

What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Time management and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and grow in the role become very familiar with roofing systems we offer

Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but not required

Bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities Include:
Customer acquisition, education, and product demonstrations

Building rapport with new clients and maintaining existing relationships

Presenting roofing solutions effectively to individuals and groups

Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Managing the customer journey from first contact to project completion

Promoting new product lines, specials, and services as needed

Compensation:
100% commission-based
