We're looking for a skilled individual or crew to help with a full-property cleanup and repair project. This includes junk removal, landscaping, handyman repairs, light electrical & plumbing, and some window and door replacements.

Job Scope Includes:
Rubbish Removal
Remove trash, junk, wood, and rocks from entire house exterior

Clear out garage: remove chairs and tire

Landscaping / Land Maintenance
Trim dead and overgrown trees (front and back yard)

Pull or spray weeds along sidewalks

Remove a stump from center of backyard

Exterior Repairs
Fix non-latching side gate

Install gutters (over half the house is missing them)

Electrical & Lighting
Readjust porch light fixture

Install wireless front doorbell

Label electrical panel

Painting
Touch up paint on baseboards in living room only

Window Work
Retrofit operable vinyl windows in place of sidelights (living room)

Replace missing operable panel on kitchen window

Install window screens (Bedroom 1 and 2)

Hardware & Finishes
Replace blinds in living room

Install battery in smoke detector (lower hallway)

Finish installing toilet paper holder in hall bathroom

Plumbing
Fix trap under kitchen sink

Evaluate water damage near kitchen sink (countertops affected by window leak)

Miscellaneous Interior Tasks
Replace one cracked floor tile in kitchen

Install closet doors in Bedroom 1

Install new closet doors in Bedroom 2
