Job Summary This position is responsible for managing projects and subprojects / work efforts, typically of small to medium size and complexity, based on experience and demonstrated skill and success; developing project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports; facilitating meetings including preparation by scheduling and coordinating agendas and materials, documenting meeting minutes, following-up on action items; gathering, organizing and distributing project related documentation. May be responsible for providing project management support under moderate supervision of the PMO supervisor or manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree with 1 year project management experience OR Technical Certification or College Courses with 3 years project management experience OR 4 years project management experience
* Familiarity and experience with Project Management Methodologies (i.e. Project Management Institute PMBOK)
* Understanding of project financial tracking including monitoring and reporting on budget expenditures
* Problem solving skills
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Work independently and within a team environment
* Analytical skills
* Familiarity and experience with Project Management Methodologies (i.e. Project Management Institute PMBOK) and tools
* Leadership skills, including meeting facilitation
* Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience with MS Office

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
* Health care acumen and HCSC experience
* Comfort / poise with senior management
* Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Experience with Lotus Notes

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office: 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range $54,800.00 - $121,100.00
