Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable, driven, detail oriented (and COOL) person to join our team as a tint, PPF, and vinyl technician. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in any or all skills. Training and possible advancement opportunities are available to motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and prepping vehicles prior to installation
Applying window tint to customer vehicles with care
Applying Paint Protection Film to customer vehicles with care
Applying vinyl wraps and graphics to customer vehicles according to project sheets
Paying attention to detail and maintaining high-quality workmanship
Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
Commitment to upholding the reputation and standards of Elements
Keeping a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
Ideally, candidates will have at least one year of experience in the field, but if youre confident in your skills and eager to learn, we still encourage you to apply

The ability to organize tasks, prioritize, and be highly detail-oriented
Computer literacy
Professionality in appearance and presentation - given daily interaction with customers
Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship

Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record

This position offers strong potential for growth, with the opportunity to transition to commission-based pay and earn $60,000+ per year based on driven and consistent performance.

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday from 8:30 to 5:00
Starting pay is $21-$25 / hour depending on experience
The first 90 days are considered a probationary training period, during which you'll receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and fit within the team.
