We are seeking a skilled roofing crew of 3-5 individuals to join our team. We provide a company truck and fuel card, and we ensure you are paid EVERY Friday via direct deposit. Our work spans across Pierce, Thurston, King, and Kitsap Counties. Our shop is based in Tacoma, where you'll need to meet each morning.

For new crews, we offer a base rate of \$70 per square for the first 90 days, with increased rates for steeper pitches, valleys, plywood, fascia, skylights and more... Impress us, and we'll raise your base pay to \$80 per square, even sooner than 90 days! We operate Monday through Friday and provide piece rate overtime after 40 hours. We track your hours using a timeclock app on your mobile phone, which is a requirement for the role.

Safety is our top priority. Consistent violations of safety protocols will not be tolerated. Harnesses, anchors, and lifelines are mandatory on every job, without exception. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination.
