**What Were Looking For:**

- Minimum**3+ years of hands-on roofing experience**

- Proficient in**shingle**,**metal**, and/or**flat roofing systems**

- Strong attention to detail and jobsite safety

- **Must have a valid drivers license and dependable work ethic**

- Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions

**What Youll Do:**

- Install, repair, and replace roofing systems with precision and care

- Work with and support a roofing crew depending on experience

- Identify damage or deficiencies during inspections

- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

- Represent Roof Rescue with professionalism and pride
