We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Superintendent to lead and manage field operations from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.

Position Summary:

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, ensuring project timelines, safety, budget compliance, and quality standards are met. This role works closely with project managers, subcontractors, city inspectors, and field teams to deliver successful projects on schedule.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of field construction on assigned projects
Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the PM
Supervise all on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
Maintain safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
Inspect work for quality control and adherence to plans and specs
Schedule inspections, manage logistics, and track deliveries
Monitor site progress and prepare daily reports/documentation
Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently
Ensure compliance with local codes, permits, and environmental regulations
Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day field questions and issues

Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years as a Superintendent
Deep knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety procedures
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, construction
drawings, and specifications
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Word,Excel, email, scheduling software)
OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
