General Laborer

Job Summary:
The General Laborer will assist in various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction knowledge looking to grow within a respected company.

Responsibilities:
Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks on construction and remodeling projects
Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
Set up and take down work sites, including scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers
Operate hand and power tools as needed
Perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
Support team members to help complete projects on time and to quality standards

Qualifications:
Prior experience in general labor, construction, or related field preferred
Working knowledge of construction processes, tools, and safety standards
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
Must have reliable transportation
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Location: On-site
Full Time (40 hour week/ 8 hours 5 days)
Pay: $20 per hour
