Handymen & General Maintenance Providers

Drywall Repair Professionals

Trash-Out & Make-Ready Crews

We service apartment complexes, real estate investors, property managers, and commercial buildingshandling everything from turnover cleaning to light repairs and painting.

Requirements:
Must have prior experience in your respective trade

Must have own reliable transportation & basic tools/supplies

Must have or be willing to obtain general liability insurance

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Strong communication & professionalism on-site

Must not solicit clients directly all client interaction is coordinated through us

Preferred but not required:
Existing team or company

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Dallas, TX Work is local to DFW and surrounding areas

Compensation:
Project-based paid weekly for completed and approved jobs
(Subcontractor payment terms: every Friday for work completed and approved by Wednesday 5 PM)
