Carpenter/Laborer

Were a small, family-run construction crew based in Chesapeake, and were currently looking to bring on a dependable carpenter/laborer to help with shed, deck, and outdoor structure builds across the Hampton Roads area.

This is a great opportunity for someone whos motivated and looking for somewhere they can grow with.

Position Details:
Pay: $1825/hr starting depending on experience
Cash pay for 30 day trial period
Hours: 1012 hour days, 35 days a week (schedule can be flexible for the right person)
Location: Based in Chesapeake, with job sites throughout Hampton Roads
Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:
Hauling materials and lumber
Framing, siding, and roofing
Assisting with construction of sheds, decks, and related outdoor projects
Following safety procedures and working efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:
Must have your own toolbelt and basic hand tools
Comfortable using power tools
Able to lift and carry heavy materials regularly this is a physically demanding role
Reliable transportation (either to the shop or directly to job sites)
Good attitude and work ethic
