Responsibilities

The Case Dock Worker is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of finished goods cases from the production lines to the warehouse or loading docks. This role ensures products are correctly identified, stacked, wrapped, and prepared for shipment, maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive finished goods cases from production lines, verifying product codes, quantities, and quality.
• Stack cases onto pallets according to established patterns and stability guidelines.
• Wrap pallets securely using stretch wrap machines or by hand to prevent damage during transport.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement of cargo.
• Communicate effectively with production, quality control, and shipping departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and report any product damage, quality issues, or discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
