LAND SURVEYING MID AND SENIOR CAD TECHS $20 to $60 HR FULL BENEFITS

As a Survey CAD Technician, you will work on diverse projects with various sizes, scopes, and details. You will work in a flexible work environment with a fantastic culture. We are looking for Survey Technicians who are interested in being subject matter experts in land development, renewable energy, and construction projects.

Resourceful Support:

Act as a valuable resource for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures.
CAD Proficiency:

Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments.
Drawing Production:

Generate various drawings specific to projects, including ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, construction layouts, and construction staking.
Survey Data Analysis:

Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, considering factors like legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
Plan Modification:

Responsibly edit and modify plans in line with revisions from agencies, municipalities, and clients, following directives closely.
Workflow Coordination:

Maintain open communication with Project Managers and Team Leaders regarding workflow status, ensuring the team meets chargeability goals.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of previous AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience
Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC) Preferred
Understanding of ALTA's, Plats, Topo's, Boundaries, and Construction Staking
3+ years experience
Survey experience
Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings and documents.
Advanced-level knowledge of CAD systems, printing processes, and industry-standard software applications and Microsoft Office Suite applications

We are looking to pay what it takes for the right candidates. We pay lucrative base salaries, time and a half for over 40 hours along with bonus. We also offer a full benefits package, medical, dental, vision 401k etc.
