Youll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving todays challenges. As a senior member of our team, youll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including: Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil. Youll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

* Professional Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering is preferred
* 12+ years of as a Project Manager in an Architectural or Engineering organization
* Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
* Experienced with project monthly schedule review and update process
* Experience with tracking project issues to beneficial resolution
* Experience with Ventilation, Heating, HVAC systems, and General Construction
* Experience with Program/Project Management Software System
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Data management experience
Ideally, Youll Also Have:
* CCM or PMP certification
* OSHA 30 certification
