We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented team member with a strong mechanical background who takes great pride in their work and would be proud to put their name on every product that leaves our premises. We are in search of someone passionate about creating superior products with the help of our committed machine-building team in a cooperative atmosphere. It requires a collective effort to build our products. Hours of work are 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. We offer competitive wages, benefits and overtime/bonus opportunities.

**Responsibilities and duties include**:

- Knowledge of electrical wiring, electrical panel building, and hydraulic plumbing, working with PLCs and VFDs, and pneumatic systems.

- Build power packs with knowledge of 120VAC Single phase, 230/460VAC three-phase, and 12V/24 VDC systems.

- Compliance with all quality standards. Test and inspect all parts, sub-assemblies, and equipment functions.

- Remain safety-conscious at all times and wear all prescribed safety equipment. Follow state and federal safety regulations and shop safety rules.

- Read and interpret assembly blueprints and instructions and symbols, travelers, and other documents on work instruction.

- Be creative and resourceful in the arrangement of installing of components and routing of hose and wires for a neat and professional appearance.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a great deal of precision and experience in assembling components.

- Inspect and correct any deficiencies of each product before it leaves your department.

- Work from drawings and many component parts. Use skill and care to align, mount, fasten, and adjust parts and sub-assemblies. Fit and assemble into equipment with exacting operational performance and appearance.

- Detect and troubleshoot defective components.

- Assemble tubing, hydraulic hoses, hydraulic cylinders, electrical wires, pumps, and motors as per customer specifications and instructions.

- Meet all productivity requirements.

- Repair/maintain equipment and tools to ensure safety and minimal downtime.

- Understanding the entire steel fabrication process.

- Working knowledge of fitting, drilling, welding, and assembly.

- Work on your own with minimal supervision.

- Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation.

- Keep the work area organized and clean.

**Qualifications**

- Must have completed high school or possess an equivalent GED.

- Previous experience in the construction and assembling of various machines.

- Working knowledge of industrial electrical and hydraulic systems.

- Forklift operation skills are an advantage.
