JOB SUMMARY

We seek both Lead and Junior Plumbers to serve our clients by skillfully diagnosing, repairing, and replacing residential plumbing systems. Whether you're just starting or an experienced technician, we offer the tools, support, and culture to help you thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use Straight Forward Pricing (and all company-approved forms) correctly on every service call.

• Wear floor savers inside clients' homes and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Thoroughly test all completed work to ensure systems function correctly and avoid callbacks.

• Clearly explain all services performed to clients and ensure complete satisfaction.

• Maintain a safety-first mindset on the job and while driving.

• Keep company vehicles clean and presentable at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

• Junior plumbers are considered apprentice-level and typically work under supervision without independently operating a company vehicle.

• Lead/Master Plumbers operate their service vehicles and are expected to manage jobs independently.

• All plumbing staff must possess the required licenses and certifications for their state.
