SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Associate Project Manager with 2-4 years of project management experience to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent organization skills and interpersonal skills. You should be able to provide direction, guidance, and drive accountability to internal teams to achieve project goals. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and efficient project execution
  • Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and drive project outcomes
  • Communicate regularly with business leaders through email and virtual meetings to provide updates, gather input, and ensure alignment
  • Support business leaders by preparing professional communications, documentation, and presentation materials
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership team (ELT) readouts, as requested by the VP of Integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-brand teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and adjust plans to meet evolving requirements
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and track action items to ensure accountability
  • Support change management and training initiatives related to project implementation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals
  • Minimal travel may be required, based on project needs and leadership direction

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay organized to meet performance expectations
  • Flexible and adaptable in handling shifting schedules and evolving responsibilities
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic work environments
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead and guide group discussions effectively
  • Exercises sound judgment, discretion, and tact in analyzing and resolving work-related challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare staffing environment or a related field
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Maintains a calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure or stressful situations
  • Skilled in building and sustaining professional business relationships
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and adaptability

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

List any physical demands of the job including bending, sitting, lifting and driving. Also list the work environment - temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will impact the working conditions while performing the job.

  • Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
  • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range

$59,400.00 - $74,300.00

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
