Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced commercial electricians for a project in Monticello, IN. We are seeking reliable, skilled electricians who are proficient in running, bending, and cutting pipe. This is a strictly English-speaking only jobsite to ensure clear and safe communication.

Work Scope Includes:

• Running, bending, and cutting conduit (EMT, rigid, etc.)

• Pulling wire and performing terminations

• Installing panels, devices, fixtures, and switches

• Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and layouts

• Following all jobsite safety protocols and maintaining clean work areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of commercial electrical experience

• Proficient in conduit work: running, bending, and cutting

• Must be English-speaking only

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and consistent jobsite attendance

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
