Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring construction laborers for an active commercial project in Estero, FL. We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who can assist with a variety of tasks to help keep the jobsite running safely and efficiently.

Work Scope Includes:

• General site cleanup and debris removal

• Moving and staging materials around the jobsite

• Assisting skilled trades as needed

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Following all jobsite safety protocols and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday

• Reliable transportation and consistent jobsite attendance

• Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction
