Job Description

We are building a pool of experienced A&P Mechanics with some background in corporate aircraft maintenance for current and upcoming opportunities.

Locations Hiring:

  • Wichita, KS
  • Hartford, CT
  • Tucson, AZ
  • Dallas, TX (Note: No per diem available in Dallas)

Per Diem Available:

Per diem is offered for candidates residing 150+ miles away from Wichita, KS, Hartford, CT, or Tucson, AZ.

As an A&P Mechanic you will:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and maintain aircraft.
  • Document work per manuals and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow safety and Environmental Health & Safety policies.
  • Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean workspace.
  • Operate ground support equipment as required.
  • Perform mechanical/electrical component removals and installations.
  • Provide off-site maintenance support when needed.
  • Assist with fueling, engine removal/installation, and component repairs.

Qualifications

  • Valid A&P license.
  • 3+ years of experience with aircraft (fixed-wing, rotary, or military; business aircraft preferred).
  • Ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for aircraft status reporting.
  • Own basic hand tools and manage tool inventory.
  • Must obtain required Ground Support Equipment qualifications.
  • Willing to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Basic PC skills.
  • Ability to obtain a SIDA badge (if applicable).
  • US Citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
