Project Manager - Teledata
MPS is looking for a Project Manager to manage work in the Teledata market. The Project Manager will be responsible for Teledata construction projects from beginning to end, including staffing, budgets, maintaining policies, project documentation, keeping the site safe and maintaining a set schedule. The role will also be responsible for the estimating, insuring that all employees and subcontractors are following safety rules.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will also be responsible for sales, project forecasting, project plans, ordering material, growing the team, customer satisfaction, monthly financial reports, and billing of all solar projects
Manage billings, track accounts receivables and forecast and develop appropriate programs, strategies, and supervision.
Achieve the minimum budgeted net profit for the project.
Coordinate day-to-day department activity. Make final decisions on manpower assignments and selling of new customers for assigned projects.
Four year construction related degree or Journeyman background required.
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity- both are non-negotiable.
Ability to think conceptually and apply practical solutions. Capabilities to self-start, display solid work ethic, and aspire to move ahead.
Talent to act decisively through positive communication with others.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
