This is a high-level office-based role for an experienced professional ready to manage all aspects of estimating, procurement, subcontracting, scheduling, and field coordination. You'll be the critical link between design, production, and delivery-ensuring smooth execution from preconstruction to project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed, accurate cost estimates and labor/material projections.

• Lead procurement and subcontracting efforts for multiple large-scale projects.

• Manage all aspects of project administration, documentation, and close-out.

• Serve as a technical expert and liaison between sales, field, and vendor teams.

• Maintain excellent communication across project teams, ensuring progress, delivery schedules, and changes are clearly tracked.

• Assist with training and development of internal systems and estimating tools.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree, preferred with + 4-6 years of project management experience in commercial construction.

• Strong leadership, time management, and fiscal planning skills.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.

• Knowledge of design-build construction and familiarity with Butler Building Systems is a plus.
