The City of Plano's Public Works Department is on the lookout for a dynamic and highly organized individual to join the ranks of our Construction Division. This position will work alongside our Construction team to prepare bid documents and City Council agenda items, design projects under the direction of an engineer, and process financial items for each project. Prepare to dive into a diverse array of construction projects! The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of supporting projects that span residential street, sidewalk, and alleyway rehabilitation projects, along with the intricate challenges of arterial overlay projects. It's a dynamic mix that promises to keep you engaged and make a tangible impact on the City of Plano's infrastructure. You'll be part of a team of 16 dedicated individuals who make up the heartbeat of our Construction team in Public Works. The target hiring range for this position is $52,441 - $65,551, depending on qualifications.
