Description
Job Summary:
Operate industrial trucks, tractors, cranes, manlifts, or forklifts to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, factory, construction site, or similar location.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
An individual in this position must have the following minimum required qualifications. Education beyond the minimum is an added advantage for career development activities.
- 18 years or older
- Ability to regularly lift 25-50 pounds
- Ability to stand for 95% of work days
- Ability to pass a drug test/background check
Essential Job Functions:
The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities that are expected of a Warehouse Operator:
- Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items
- Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency
- Securing loads to the machine before transportation
- Inspect product load for accuracy and safely navigate around the warehouse or facility
- Perform variety of routine tasks to assist in production activities
- Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles
- Move controls to drive gasoline- or electric-powered trucks, cars, or tractors and transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas
- Arrange sheet metal in warehouse
Qualifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
The individual will have a minimum of 6 months forklift diving experience, preferably in a warehouse or
industrial setting.

Other Certifications: Forklift, Man lift, Tractor
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee will work in a manufacturing facility and regularly be exposed to:
- Humidity, loud noises, dirt
