Lincoln County School District is accepting on-line applications for a Bond Project Manager.
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Bond Projects/Facilities Director on the management of bond capital construction projects. This position also performs the duties of the BondProjects/Facilities Director and Facilities Manager in their absence.
Essential job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Assists in managing operation and coordination of bond capital construction projects.Assists in development and preparation of bid documents.Assists Bond Finance Manager in developing, managing, and monitoring multi-year bond project budgets.Maintains comprehensive bond capital construction project records.Prepares various reports as required for bond capital construction projects.Participates in development/management of District comprehensive building plans.Coordinates professional services in the areas of construction and maintenance specific to the bond capital construction projects.Organizes construction, remodeling and contracted bond capital construction projects from planning through completion.Develops ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all completed bond capital construction projects.Represents District before governmental review agencies on issues pertaining to bond capital construction projects.Assists in establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for bond capital construction projects department.Ensures District compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory standards (including DEQ), and District policies regarding bond capital construction projects.Coordinates District recycling programs and disposal of surplus items during bond capital construction projects.Supports in management and programming of District's building systems, including phones, fire alarms, electronic door locks, bell systems, HVAC systems, security cameras, etc., that are updated during bond capital construction projects.Assists District Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Coordinator as needed throughout the bond capital construction projects.
Qualified applicants will be asked for an interview and must provide a resume and at least 2 letters of recommendation. Upon selection, employees will be required to pay for the following: $12.50 fingerprinting fee and $66 ODE processing fee.Starting Salary: $35.89 - $39.61/hour
