About the Role
As a Project Engineer - Level 1, you will assist in supporting projectoperations and delivery through planning, coordination, and documentation. Youwill work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to maintainproject flow and ensure quality standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Obtain required information for materials selection, dimensions, andowner/third-party documentationTrack jobsite documentation including RFIs, ASIs, and change ordersCoordinate efforts with other trades and documentationPrepare submittals, schedules, and O&M manualsEstimate, count, and prepare change ordersTrack QA procedures, logs, and issuesAttend project meetings as assigned

We are looking for someone with the following competencies:
High school diploma requiredTwo-year college or technical certificate preferred, or equivalentcombination of education and experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and SmartsheetAbility to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and technicaldocumentationStrong reasoning and problem-solving abilityEffective communicator in English (written and verbal)

Compensation (Pay Range): $55,000-$65,000/year depending on experience
An employee's compensation level within the range will be based on severalfactors, including but not limited to geographic location, experience, relevanteducation, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance. *Bonuspay based on percentage of salary, adjusted by company and individualperformance.
