Jack Laurie Group is seeking a Commercial Tile Setter with some experience to join our growing construction and flooring team. We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in high-quality workmanship and are eager to continue developing their trade skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

• Install a variety of tile materials including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and mosaics

• Assist with surface preparation including measuring, marking, cutting, and leveling

• Follow layout plans and blueprints

• Mix and apply mortar or adhesives and set tile in place

• Grout, seal, and finish tile installations

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and working order

• Collaborate with other crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of tile installation experience (commercial preferred but not required)

• Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in tile setting

• Willingness to learn and take direction from lead installers

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation to job sites across the region

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Safety-minded attitude

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with floor prep, layout, or finishing

• Knowledge of other flooring types or construction trades
