Senior Avionics Electrician Technician

Were looking for an experienced Senior Avionics Electrician Technician to take a hands-on leadership role in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft avionics systems. Youll also help train others, improve processes, and ensure work is done safely and to the highest quality standards.

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems.

• Lead and train team members on best practices.

• Install and verify avionics components and systems.

• Read and follow engineering specs and maintenance manuals.

• Use tools like splicing, soldering, and pinning to make repairs.

• Operate test equipment and record accurate documentation.

• Support safety, quality, and compliance standards.

• Participate in final system checks and flight testing if needed.

• Work across departments and adjust to changing schedules.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• One of the following:

• 2 years of aviation electronics school + 4 years of experience, or

• 6 years of experience in avionics or electrical work.
